Walked in to see if I could make an appointment for a quick ear exam. Nice lady at the front desk messaged someone and told me to wait a minute. Nurse came out 5 minutes later and brought me back, looked at my ears, said I was good to go.
This my friends, is customer service at its best. My home VA is in WA, so technically they did not even have to see me, but did so as a courtesy. Grateful and now I don’t have to worry about my ear. Thank you!
Been to this clinic multiple times, everyone here is wonderful. Answer every question that I ask, very understanding and comprehensive. I even brought my toddler due to no baby sitter during the holidays and they were more than accommodating with him. Best clinic in town, they listen and do not judge with your issues. I wish everyone in town was as good as these people.
I just left this office. This was my first visit and I have to tell you everybody and there was professional from the front of the office to the back of the office until I left 100% recommend this facility. Unbelievably gracious very professional staff in any doctor's office I can say I've ever been in.
