Sears doesn't tell you about the $299 mimimum charge only the $129 fee that is applied to the repair which is a lie. Bait and switch at the highest level. Beware. The part was $30.
Steve was great. Called me in the morning to let me know when he was going to show up so I didn't have to wait all day. And fixed my washer quickly. Very nice and knowledgeable
The service technician, Jody, showed up on time and completed the service quickly! He also took the time to show me how to clean the washer drain filter myself! Excellent experience!
