I feel absolutely blessed and fortunate to have an eye care facility of this quality right here in Lake Havasu. I have had a very non-standard prescription since birth- and I'm 76 years old- so I have seen my share of optometrists, ophthalmologists, opticians, you name - it over my lifetime. I want you to know that Lake Havasu Family Eyecare is right up there at the top of any I've ever been treated at. Not only is the professional care exceptional, the support staff is very knowledgeable, competent, and especially helpful. Dr Crystal Eppling is fantastic. I met her for the 1st time today for my annual eye exam. She has an enlightening personality, very thorough and knowledgeable. I did not catch the name, but her pre-check assistant was also great. Lake Havasu Family Eyecare is probably one of the better offices for customer service. Even walking down the halls, other staff smiles and greets you. Very nice to see this in Havasu as it's not always the case w/medical offices. I will continue to go there and hope that Dr Crystal stays for a while there
