For being a first time customer with this company, I am absolutely over the moon crazy happy with the results that they did. First of all, I called and made an appointment and explained the situation about the carpets. I actually talked to the owner and he said himself he would be coming out on the job with another person.
He was very efficient friendly. He explained the whole situation of how he would do the carpet and what he would use.. I told him that we had an asthmatic in the home who also had severe allergies to heavy chemicals. He assured me that Heavy the chemicals and it’s all pet and human friend.

The guys were great, the carpet looks much better! It just started drying, so the proof is yet to come, but very impressed by their professionalism- communicative, timely, polite, clean, respectful, thorough.
