First of all, I called and made an appointment and explained the situation about the carpets. I actually talked to the owner and he said himself he would be coming out on the job with another person.
He was very efficient friendly. He explained the whole situation of how he would do the carpet and what he would use.. I told him that we had an asthmatic in the home who also had severe allergies to heavy chemicals. He assured me that Heavy the chemicals and it’s all pet and human friend.
When he showed up for our appointment, he was very respectful. He was very enthusiastic and ready to just jump in and figure out how to get the carpet clean..
Now I will stop here and I will say that we had another company come out previously and they were just absolutely horrific. They were disrespectful. They didn’t leave us with a good taste in our mouth. They were just horrible.
I would definitely use these guys hands down. They were professional. They spent a substantial amount of time in the room that need To be cleaned. I’m going to go ahead and post what the other company left carpet size and the after of what chem dry did for us.
You will definitely be able to see the difference.
If I could give this company, a 10 star rating, I would. Definitely recommend definitely very happy definitely very pleased.
