Canceling my appointment saying they thought it was 330 not 430 when it was in the text they sent and instead of calling or texting me to ask why I wasn’t there they waited till 4:05pm to text me saying they got the times wrong and can’t get me in till Monday because they’re going out of town…. I had plans to and now I can’t find any one to cut my hair before I go now. Will not be using them again. Very disappointing.

Lucia listened to what I was hoping to achieve with my coloring-getting rid of gray, and more. She used her experience making suggestions and we came up with a plan. She was right-on.
