James did a fantastic job, our tile was installed new, and we didn’t like the grout color. He darkened up the grout slightly and sealed it at the same time. Looks great now, AND......he was prompt and did what he said he would do. Highly recommend.

Our original white grout was turning yellow and was very difficult to clean. We thought we would have to replace the grout. Instead, we called GROUT EXPECTATIONS and James suggested staining. The job was done in less than 2 hours and looks fantastic. Price was very reasonable too. Highly recommended!
