I recently found Victoria at the Shops at Lake Havasu City, AZ. I told her to cancel previous computer instructions and told her what changes I would like, she did an amazing job and I will continue to use her and refer friends to her.

First time using the app to check in before you get there. Friendly greeting as soon as you walk in even though they were extremely busy. I believe my stylists name was Valerie..super nice and accommodating. My husband had the Asian stylist (he couldn't recall her name, just knew it had two letters). Said she was very friendly as well. We are both pleased and highly recommend this location.

We didn't wait long, and Carla was professional, friendly and asked what we wanted and helped us decide the best cut. I wanted to just do a trim and I love the way it came out. My son's first time in a chair by himself and he did great and Carla made him feel comfortable and she was fun. I would recommend her & will return. Great experience and it was fast.
