Upon waiting for my haircut, I overheard the stylist was complaining about being overworked. Once she called me over, I offered to wait for the other hairstylist so she could go home. She insisted on cutting my hair. Ok.I asked for a short bob like cut. Typically the stylist would begin cutting the underneath layers first to match the rest. This stylist just took the scissors and cut straight across ? It was uneven and untextured. I spoke up and she said it looked fine & led me to check out. ? I got the sense that she was rushing to get off work.I was displeased to say the least. I went on to get it cut elsewhere the following day. Had just regular hair cut, she followed my instructions. Charge me $21 , I pay $5 for same hair cut + tips where I come from is Havasu that hi class? I d think they are not "COST CUTTERS" change your name to Robbres.Service: Haircut

Cher was great. She treated my mother-in-law like a queen while cutting her hair. She knows how to cut hair properly. My husband's hair is finally manageable now after Cher tried a special razor cutting technique. She now has 2-more satisfied customers to add to her list of regular clients.
