Their check in process is the most excruciating experience ever! I was checking my father in for an appointment and they have computer to check into. It is at least a 5 minute wait to run your driver's license and then once it clears, you have to run your debit to pay any fees owed. The staff at the desk refuse to help. They don't even bother to look at you in the eyes when you they speak to you. So at the time of this posting we have been in the waiting area 25 minutes! Glad I have a better provider in Kingman.

Don't take your loved ones here! Took my neighbor in for cataract surgery. Brought him back in the next day and they told him that unfortunately they had put a hole in his eye !!! Now he has to keep going back in to have them do some kind of repairs. Would trust them. I would give them a -10

This place fraudulently bills for services not rendered. And when confronted, does nothing to correct and demands payment. I went in for an eye exam in the summer of 2022. Almost a year later in late spring 2023, I received a bill for around $50. With some research, I found that it was for a contact lens fitting procedure I did not have. I was told by the billing department that my insurance didn't cover this procedure. I notified the billing department that I didn't have this exam and they said they'd check with the office manager. I continued to receive invoices from Barney Dulaney Perkins and I continued to dispute the bill. Never once did I hear from the office manager at the Lake Havasu City office as promised. The last communication I had with billing staff was when they sent an invoice threatening collections. I called them for the seventh time to again dispute a bill, sent after almost a year for a procedure they did not perform. I paid the invoice, to prevent collections for this fradulent claim, and the person I spoke with promised they'd have the office manager look into the matter. That never happened.

They are more interested in making money than in taking care of your eye problems. They cancelled two appointments on me with no notice of cancellation on the appointment scheduled for yesterday, and this was after I had to take time off from work to be there. I will not be back!!!

AVOID this business if you value your sight and sanity! I regret not heeding the numerous reviews warning me of this company before I decided to trust my vision to their care. My eyes were damaged during a procedure and staff are extremely unprofessional, rude and hostile. I had 2 appointments at Barnet Dulaney Perkins Eye Center for YAG Laser surgery. First procedure (left eye) was performed in a "laser, pause, laser, pause, laser, pause" method for approx. 1 minute which made me feel comfortable.Second appointment (right eye) was a nightmare from the moment I arrived for my surgery. On the day I came for my surgery, the chaos created by the staff/personnel must have been heard by everyone throughout the building including Dr. Campion who was in the nearby surgery room. I was hostilely and verbally attacked by three of the staff who refused to show me a copy of the mask policy when I requested to see it. NOTE: Among the documents I was required to sign before any procedures, their policy clearly states that it is the Patients right to receive a paper copy of notices and a current copy of notices may be obtained from the office. These staff members screamed at me that they have the policy, but I don't need to see it. Then one of them opened the door and screamed at me to get out. I had only asked a question about their policy and was there for my scheduled appointment. I was very upset and feeling unsafe being treated by staff members in this manner in a surgery center. Still shaking from that I was taken into a room where a nurse took my blood pressure which was 197/96 on first check; 10-15 minutes later he checked again and again (3 times) 164/96. I feel I survived a stroke or heart attack at the surgery center that day. I was concerned that my blood pressure was so high and was surprised to be called into the surgery room where Dr. Campion was preparing to perform the procedure. Unfortunately, Dr. Campion had absolutely no communication with me to explain what he was going to do, what I should expect to experience during the surgery or following the surgery. For approx. 2+ minutes, non-stop he performed the laser procedure very aggressively on my right eye which shocked me and scared me to death. It felt like the Dr. was holding a fully automatic machine gun on my eye without pause. I feel that he was using the laser machine to make a point and punish me because of the earlier incident created by staff members in the office. Within a few days I experienced serious issues with my right eye and called immediately to report them (as per their Post-Op Instructions). I was scheduled the next business day for follow-up. Despite uncomfortable feelings in my eyes, the most alarming being curtains in my vision, I was surprised that I was seen by an optometrist (not ophthalmologist) at Barnet Dulaney Perkins who only suggested some eye drops and told me to follow-up with Dr. Campion in 30 days. "Curtains or dark veils in your vision" is considered one of the more serious indications that something is wrong and should be addressed immediately (again, per Barnet Dulaney Perkins Post-Op Instructions).Follow-up visits did not go well either. This was the worst experience I ever had going to a doctor's office. Front desk personnel are very rude, uneducated with no customer service training or experience. When I asked what their name is, I was told that I don't need to know that. No one has a name badge or name plate so that you know who you are talking to. This includes the manager, and she is a ticking bomb. They called the police on me. In addition to suffering from the verbal abuse, physical pain and discomfort in my eyes, I also lost my CDL because I am no longer able to pass the eye exam due to the damage to my eye from this procedure. The 30-day follow-up and numerous other phone calls and appointments over the next year never correctly diagnosed or resolved my ongoing eye problems that occurred after this procedure performed by Dr. Campion at Barnet Dulaney Perkins Eye Center.

I will never use this company. My husband and I went into the office for services as new patients. Just a few major concerns we witnessed. #1 Observed office staff talking bad about clients in the lobby by name. Can we say MAJOR HIPPA violation. Big NO NO.... #2. Office staff was incredibly rude and not helpful. I get it you work with a call center to schedule all appointments, but take accountably for the mistake. We where told by the call center that they take our insurance only to walk in and told they only take medical insurance and not vision insurance. You would think an eye doctor would take vision insurance. If you do use their services be carefull what you share. We all live in a small town do not need our personal information discussed in a medical lobby.
