Our car broke down on the way back from California, and after two stressful days of trying to find transportation parker to Phoenix, we were running out of options. (There is no uber, Lyft, bus or even a horse in parker Az) When we called this rental company and explained our situation, the owner name(bruce) he personally came to pick us up and provided us with a rental car. His kindness, quick response, and outstanding customer service turned a very difficult situation into a manageable one. We are truly grateful and highly recommend this company.
Were from California, we come out to Havasu once a month. Unfortunately we broke down and needed a tow home this trip. There were no car rentals open that I found but Avis...I got hung up on twice! DO NOT RECOMMEND! I found Easy Auto Rents...I spoke with a gentleman named Bruce Cohen.... he was compassionate and so helpful....both my fella and I worked with him... he got us a ride home to California.... only to find out we could hitch a ride with the tow. We called him up AN HOUR before pickup to see if we could cancel.... he made ot work.... Bruce was sincerely amazing to work with! Thank you so much!
