“We contracted A&E to remodel a central wall in our Living room in order to make it the centerpiece of our house. This wall happens to be the main location for network/cable/Satellite/Broadband access for our home as well. The outdated TV Center we inherited with the house on this wall, with its exposed "Rats nest" of cabling and devices required to support modern TV viewing had to go. We decided that if we did this remodel we would also want to install an electric fireplace for seasonal use mainly for its ambiance during the holidays. We already had built in 5.1 Surround Sound speakers in the living room walls and ceiling so that added another layer of complexity. Since some legacy TV devices these days use infrared it was another challenge to ensure any cabinet design would not impact the use of infrared remotes from the center viewing area of the room but also hide all of those legacy devices that support TV viewing. We also wanted to bring elements/textures of the exterior pool area into the house in order to make this remodel look seamless as if it this new wall was always part of the original home design. I provided A&E (Annie) with a rough drawing of what we wanted the new wall to look like. A&E helped by refining the design, selecting the materials and cabinetry designs that would blend with the existing cabinetry and interior decor while also bring elements of the design of our pool area in view of the Living room into the interior of our house. They really came through here. The cost was commensurate with what we would expect here in lake Havasu City. Annie was wonderful to work with as well as Paul and the rest of the crews working on our project. Everyone was very accommodating and went out of their way to work with us "On the Fly" on details as the project proceeded with no additional costs even adjusting final costs as necessary when we found inevitable un-workable additions during construction. We are extremely pleased with the final result. The people at A&E really made us happy with the quality of their work and the degree of detail I required. We could not be happier with the work they did in transforming our home into the vision we had in those rose colored glasses the day we bought the house! A special thanks goes to the carpenter who was impeccable, the cabinet guy who was a joy being around and especially Joshua and Michael who impressed me at the quality of their stonework/Tilework. Just exceptional quality all the way around from A&E! Thanks so much Annie and Paul! We will certainly be recommending A&E to our friends and neighbors. We are extremely happy with this remodel and have had lots of complements from our neighbors and friends!“
