I can’t say enough excellent things about Body & Soul. My massage, salt scrub, sauna, steam and rain shower experience was PURE HEAVEN. I highly recommend this wonderful place. The owner - Corey is a very special person. He made sure every detail of my day was perfect. And don’t forget to stop into the neighboring Cafe. You will not be disappointed.

AMAZING!!! I didn’t just get a massage… I had a full-on soul reset ✨The energy was peaceful, grounding, and exactly what I needed. The owner took very good care of us and welcomed us with such genuine kindness—it instantly put my mind and spirit at ease. My massage therapist? An absolute angel on Earth ? she somehow knew exactly where I was holding onto stress and worked it out like magic. If your body is tired but your spirit is even more exhausted—this is your sign to come here. 10/10 would recommend.

Corey was wonderfully attentive to my needs. I've had massages where I feel beaten up afterwards. After a few simple questions he knew exactly how much pressure and where to be attentive. I will go nowhere else, ever! Lol thank you!
