I had a wonderful experience with tri-state, Start to finish. After getting estimates and shopping around, I met Rich and his team. The guy is a genius, and had creative cost-effective ideas for my system configuration. They gave me a great price and even more importantly, excellent workmanship. A complete solar system for my cabin with More than enough power for my families needs (teenagers included)! The communication Was excellent and almost unnecessary. Why? Because the estimate was accurate, the job was finished before the given time, and most importantly, I now have a powerful, stable solar system I can rely on for many years to come!

We've had a great experience with this company. It's been three years running with backup, we love it. I was able to communicate with them on a personal level, and we got a very good deal when compared to others who were asking anywhere from 50-100% more for the same setup. Richard's an engineer who specializes in electrical and solar installations and he can do amazing custom jobs, Now, the rebate tax credit is something that may or may not apply to your situation, in our case it did not, so that was the only disappointment, which he has no control over so not blaming him at all. Rich with Trii State was awesome. He met and gave a thorough estimate and told me exactly what he proposed, answered every question. When he delivered and installed it was perfect, no surprises, exactly as promised, on time. He continues the great service to this day. I recommend Tri State to anyone interested in lowering their carbon footprint and never having an electric bill again.
