AMAZING STAFF! VERY CARING! LOVE THEM ALL!! This whole store is amazing! But I greatly appreciate having a grooming salon that I can trust my fur babies with. They treat them just like they are their own! They have lots of safety rules, which gives me peace of mind, and you can tell this team loves what they do, not just in it for the money! We originally came to Kingman for the Petco, but the service there had us walk down to the petsmart instead. We were able to find what we were looking for and the employees were present, prompt, and kind.
Great store and it is clean. Needed some dog bowls for my pup. The old water bowl had some cracks and damaged edges. Did not want my doggie getting a cut tongue. With water, the bottom of the dish needs to be glazed. Checked out a few bowls in the shop. Got one that looked like it could meet the challenge. At check out, told the young man what I wanted and needed. Did not want the ceramic bowl leaking all over the kitchen. He was great. Told me if not satisfied, just return the bowl. Polite, knew his product and was accommodating. Just the type of person you want as a customer service rep. You can trust this Pet Co for your needs.
