We have been customers for over two years and have always been happy with their service. Today, they went above and beyond. Over the weekend while preparing to have new LVP flooring installed, we discovered what looked liked insect poop under one of the baseboards. Our first thought was termites. I tested Pesty Pest at 7:45am and they had someone here at 8:30, impressive to say the least. Their technician assured us that it wasn't termites, but roach poop from an inactive colony. Their ongoing treatments have taken care of the nasty little creatures. What a relief, no termites, no walls being torn down, just new floors by Christmas. Awesome great service. They also don’t charge more for the first visit, like some competitors do. They know you will come back for more services later. They don’t give you on time first visit in case you don’t come next. I Asked one of the other services, went they charge more for the first service visit. They told me it was for the time it talked to her e into their computer. What a bunch of BS. That’s why I chose Pesty Pests, and have not regretted it. The exterminator was very thorough inside and out. He was very kind and answered all my questions and he even helped move furniture. Now we'll see if we'll be rid of the carpet beetles, I sure hope so. Thank you!!!
