Had a really great experience with these guys in multiple occasions. They have re keyed a very large property of a dozen doors, made me new truck keys, programmed new truck remotes, today purchased a safe from them and they brought it in and took my old one in no time. They’re always polite and very helpful! Absolutely recommend these guys’
Great experience, this guy helped me solve my problem and he was patient with me in trouble shooting mode. I will use his service anytime I need a key of any kind. He helped me with one through the dealership, which saved me a drive... He didn't take advantage price wise, everything felt fair, and reasonable. Thanks!!
My son lost my keys and with it my only set of car keys.
The dealership wanted so much money for a replacement key, but referred me to Northwest Lock & Safe.
When I called Kevin answered, he told me exactly what to do and who to speak with to get a key code for them to cut me a key. He explained what documents they’ll need from me so I didn’t show up to the dealer unprepared.
Kevin was very knowledgeable and friendly. I’m never going anywhere else because the service was unmatched! I feel like this type of service is unheard of anymore. I wish everyone in customer service was as great as Kevin.
