I was in court on another matter a couple months ago and caught part of one of Mr. Novak’s DUI (drugs) trials. From what I could gather the facts didn’t look good for the defendant but on cross-examination Mr. Novak skillfully undermined the State’s key witness. Not guilty on all counts. Judging from this experience his excellent reputation seems well-deserved.
