I see far too many negative reviews. While it is true that sometimes we feel the VA may take a bit longer on the administrative end, so what! The people are great and have always, ALWAYS done right by us! I believe my husband receives the best care, delivered by the best professionals possible through this VA office. Stop whining!
I have had great care over the last ten years. Staff are friendly and helpful. My N.P. is very through. I have received everything I've needed. Nothing lacking. All referrals are handled in a timely manner. I have three specialists downtown, so I rarely ever have to go the Prescott VA, plus we have a decent hospital in Kingman. I do have some accute health care issues, but have always been taken care of well. I will rate the Kingman clinic 5 outta 5. Thanks for all the good work.
i was trying to get a blood test before i had a cath because i was not feeling well.suzan ,a nurse there would not let me get one and told me to go to the ER if i was not feeling well.i said i did not want to wait 8 hours in the ER and a simple blood test would tell me if my sodium was low again.....suzan refused .i mean a five minute blood test vs 8 hours in the ER ,think of the cost that would be saved from our taxes.it made no sense to me as my doctor at the va said they were going to keep an eye on my health because i spent 5 days in the hospital because of low sodium
