i can't recall ever being disappointed with the way the va personell have handled me. my first time at this clinic didn't disappoint. james handled me promptly, and i can tell he cares about us. his female coworker was just as prompt and caring. i look forward to returning.
Our experiences with the Kingman VA has been nothing but amazing. Dr Valerie and Martin are always available to my husband and myself. They are caring and make us feel like family. ?
I have been going to this clinic since it opened. My primary care physician changed several times. I have had authorization request for cataract surgery in the past and never heard back. Recently another request was faxed recently with no response so far. I tried calling twice a had to leave a message but received no call back. I tried to go to the clinic and it was locked up even though it was normal hours of operation. So no I am not happy with care at this time. In the past it was ok but it is going downhill.
