I called at 11 am and by 12:15 Jon and his fellow technician were at my house and getting to work on my issue. They not only solved the immediate issue I called them for, but fixed one other issue that they found and ended up replacing something else that I happened to bring up while they were at my house. Incredibly friendly and helpful, and willing to educate me and answer my questions with kindness and patience. They worked quickly and efficiently and were transparent and honest about their (very fair) pricing!
