Checked out all the gyms in town. This one is far better than the rest. It has a basketball court, racketball, pool, hot tub, sauna, lots of classes and is a 40,00sq' facility. The gym is very clean. They supply the towels! Staff is polite. Its possible to get a big discount depending on your medical insurance. If you want the biggest bang for your buck, you cant beat it.

Every conceivable type of equipment and free weights are available there. even studios have fully stocked weights, etc. Classes are very good at beat and enjoyable. You do feel like you get a work out. The only issue that I could find was the lack of quiet treadmills, but would highly recommend. Reviews

This gym has truly changed my life. I love everything about it. The cleanliness of it, the machines available, day care for the littles, but my favorite is probably the staff.Hannah the trainer has helped me in my weight loss journey this year both physically and emotionally. her workouts can be intimidating but she will motivate you to keep going and push yourself!The daycare workers are always the sweetest, my almost 2 year old loves playing with the other littles and learning or creating artwork with one another.& Kim the manager is the epitome of what you’d want as a boss. She’s a true leader and you can tell by how she leads the facility and treats the members.So... read full review
