After I contacted them, Tina called back immediately and scheduled an appointment for us. Later, Tina informed us of a cancellation, and we moved our appointment up a day. Eric and his partner showed up on time to clean the rugs and left them bright and clean. They moved furniture that was too heavy for us and went above and beyond on the job.
