Anthony Jiron has over 20-yrs experience and he put that knowledge when I needed it. My Trane inside thermo was showing there was an issue. Anthony detected two issues, one of which he resolved immediately; unfortunately a new Trane thermo had to be ordered which he will install.
In future I will be asking for Anthony - thank you again Anthony.
There was no cost because the thermo was on warranty.
Set up an appointment with Ambient Edge through Home Depot who was running a special for HVAC system inspection and tune-up. A few days later the technician, Michael VonLaurus, showed up for our appointment, was on time, very professional, friendly & knowledgable. He performed the inspection, took notes and photos, discussed with me some necessary repairs needed to keep my system running tip top & was also able to make the necessary repairs during this appointment, which was great. Overall, I am pleased with everything and will use Ambient Edge if there are any future needs and will also request Michael. Thank you!
