We had a complete HVAC failure on a Monday Morning, and Derek was able to come out within a couple of hours to troubleshoot and help us. Ultimately, we needed a new unit, which Derek was able to source, deliver and install within 48 hours. The communication, workmanship and response were all beyond A+! I strongly recommend using Derek and Qualified Comfort whenever possible!
