This dude is the best. Bought a used trailer in phoenix. Loaded up all our belongings and moving to Nashville. Had a wheel bearing go bad. Since it was an older trailer parts were a pain to lokate.
Jay came through clutch. He removed the rear axle and was ABLE to get the old bearing races off the axle spud and get us on our trip.

We were towing our 2018 keystone hideout travel trailer on HWY 40 from LA to Albuquerque when we had a brake or bearing fail, blow the tire, and break the rear axle near Joseph City, AZ in the middle of the night. The next morning we got Jay’s contact from calling Reading Truck in Holbrook, which doesn’t do RV towing/repairs. Jay met me right before lunchtime, removed the broken axle and helped escort me safely to the next exit and to a Love’s where I parked and then he helped me find the parts needed in Holbrook and two new tires. He had the new axle with brakes, hubs, bearings and tire assemblies installed and ready to roll by sunset, and he helped me inspect... read full review
