We had a large custom addition added to our home and a complete remodel of the existing home. Todd of TRK Development is awesome to work with. Most of the working crew are employees of the company, and not just random subs. They CARE and take pride in their work every step of the way and it shows. We would not hesitate to have them build us a new home, or do a complete renovation again. Todd Kamrowski and his people are easy to work with and make the process smooth and uncomplicated. Todd Kamrowski and his crew are hard workers, get the job done, and do quality work. TRK Construction is not the least expensive contractor, but they guarantee their workmanship, and meet their deadlines. We had a complete home remodel done by TRK in 2019, and the end result was truly amazing. I would recommend them to anyone.
Todd Kamrowski custom built us a house in 2019, ready for occupancy in early 2020. His preferred brand of roofing shingles was not available at the time, so he used an alternative brand recommended by his supplier. While this was only a short-term solution, it turned into a major headache, as material defects don’t stand up to our southern Arizona winds. Despite no support from supplier or manufacturer, Todd has incurred personal losses in order to deliver on expected finished product. Todd’s honesty and integrity and dedication to quality are above reproach.
