But as it turns out, the video conveniently skipped over some key plumbing complications.

That’s where Shane stepped in. He came over again, took the time—nearly an hour—to help troubleshoot the problem. He didn’t ask for a dime and genuinely just wanted to help. We were able to complete the work ourselves, but this is the perfect example of how Shane and Bill lead with kindness, integrity, and a concern for their customers.
