I stopped by Mountain View’s office to schedule an appointment to come check out our air conditioning unit because it stopped cooling and the receptionist told me someone would be out shortly. About 30 minutes later Avery showed up and he checked everything and found the condenser was a little low on coolant so he topped it off and it started working just fine again !!! Mountain View is top notch ! Very prompt, courteous and cleaned up when he was finished ?. If you’re looking for an HVAC company these guys and gals are great !
I can't say enough good things about Mountain View Air Conditioning & Heating LLC! Our evaporative cooler had a few issues, and from the moment I called them this morning, everything was handled quickly and professionally. By midday, the problem was completely resolved. The experience was positive from start to finish—from the friendly and efficient office staff who scheduled the appointment, to the technician who arrived on time, clearly explained the issues, and completed the repairs with great professionalism. I got my air-conditioning fixed. It was only the filter needing to be changed. Probably could’ve done that myself, but I also had the guy check to make sure everything was working. The guy also showed me that filters have an arrow on the end that needs to be facing up. (That wasn’t the issue, but it’ll be useful when I change the filter next time)
