Dr. Singh is fantastic! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. He is exceptionally honest and does not offer prescriptions or surgery without exhausting all other avenues. The clinic is clean and everyone is friendly and more than willing to help.

I went in at 3:20 PM on a Monday after calling to see what time walk-in hours were. Phone message stated walk-ins are seen until 5PM. When I arrived, there was no one in the waiting room and I was told they only had one provider that day and were short staffed, and walk-ins are only seen until 3PM (that is also what is says on their door). I thought I broke my ribs after a serious fall the day before. I made an appointment for the following day with Dr. Gause. I saw him (and a medical resident) on Tuesday and got an x-ray at the clinic. I was told to apply topical NSAID cream to the area. I was also told to continue taking the Naproxen I had been taking since the fall. Pharmacy pick up: Pharmacist says no directions or dosage was included when script called in. Also that in her experience, topical NSAIDS were for joint pain (e.g. arthritis) and not for acute pain like mine. Options: I could wait until they can get ahold of the clinic for clarification and then run the script through my insurance, or pay for it out of pocket, as it is an over the counter medication, and no waiting. I just had to guess-timate the correct dosage. Forward to Wednesday. I called the clinic to get my x-ray results. They told me that unless it was STAT it would take a few days and they would call me. I waited until the following Tuesday (one week later) and called again. I finally got an MA to read me my results. While the clinic was clean, I don't think I'll be returning. Dr. Gause had a medical resident see me and he was great. When Dr. Gause later entered the exam room to see me, it felt very rushed and then I had to follow them both out to ask if they would be calling in a script for me. I am new to town and was looking for a new primary care practice. This is NOT it.

The clinic staff are professional, caring, and kind. I feel fortunate to have high quality care in my small, rural area. Palominas Rural Health Clinic is a busy place, therefore occasionally they run behind, and you may wait a bit for your scheduled appointment. The doctors, PAs and NPs are worth the wait. If your needs are immediate and urgent, you will be assessed and given priority. Please be a patient patient. We are very lucky to have this clinic in our rural community.

Doctor are great here but the receptionist and the whole team at the front desk are to busy to do there job because there talking about what they saw on TikTok. If you have a prescription that requires u to call them each time good luck they pick up to put u on hold immediately and then when the teenager on the other end answers youll have to repeat yourself several times just for them to get all wrong. Then when u ask for a supervisor hold again when its all handle they then take all day to send it. I know because before it took less the 2 hours for them to send it and id be notified through text. But because I made a fuss they chose to make sure i be waiting. Dont go here they dont care they hire who ever to work at the front desk. Terrible customer service and you'd think someone would care no. There more focused on gossiping and talking about tik tok. Update can confirm if you ask for a supervisor they go out of there way to make sure you longer then most. So I have to miss my meds because there customers was so poor. Really pray u don't treat serious case god forbid you treat us like humans.

All staff is extremely kind and professional. I have never had any negative experience with any of the front desk receptionist nor the nurses. Thank you for your time and friendly attitude when you return my calls due to test results or other. V/R M.Olivo

Been here for hours. Tried to use a restroom...they have one but it's staff members only so went into the lobby looking for a bathroom and all they have is a men and woman's bathroom combined and some creepy dude walked in there. Really need to invest in a ladies room. I'll never ever bring my daughters here...not safe at all and no facilities for females. Dangerous.

Always have a positive experience with all off the staff. Recently went in for xrays and the tech is very nice and quick! Dr Gordon is by far one of the best foot doctors I have ever been to. And Dr A and his team provide some of the best care you could ask for and always have a smile with a great attitude. I feel truly blessed to have a medical team that cares and is mostly under one roof!!
