I don't have a problem with most of the staff or the doctors. My problem is with the referral department. I call she is away from her phone. I leave a message, twice this happened. Never called me . I found out from my insurance company that I didn't even need a referral. No one had ever told me that. Very unhappy with them going to find a different office.

I feel privileged to live in Hereford Arizona and have such a spectacular Medical Clinic to go to. In conjunction with Copper Queen Hospital in Bisbee. It is a smaller Clinic therefore very personable and caring. Staff is always helpful. Actually the best Clinic I've ever belonged to. Diversified doctors.

After a 3 year gridlock and living with a lot of pains.. from more than one problem I was sitting at Fort Huachuca and over heard a conversation that the doctor I had been assigned (after 2 other doctors one left very suddenly..) was only going to start seeing soldiers... I was not informed of this... but later found out it was true.... I decided I better find a doctor... I think it has all been a blessing in disguise .... Palominas Rural Health Clinic Has been totally great!!! ??With only two visits with my New Doctor Erick Arellano M.D......... mind you... only two (2) he has turned things around for me.
