Very annoyed with this clinic ! I have never been a patient there and they have been calling me multiple times in the last month asking for a patient even after I tell them to please remove my number and I don't know that patient. The representative gets very rude and says she can't remove the number!!

Absolutely horrendous. I can never get a same day appointment for my daughter. Soonest opening is usually the following week. I have made complaints, even spoken to the manager who apologized and said they are working on the problem. Many months later.....no change. I even tried to get an appointment at the Chandler office. Their systems are down and no one is answering the phone. However, judging by the reviews on that office, they probably don't have any openings either. Ridiculous.

On top of a copay, they also charge you a $140 room fee that is not payable by the insurance company. So it's your copay plus $140.00. They don't tell you that until you receive your bill.This is just for a Doctors visit.
