Mike is the best. He removed water from my carpet at lightning speed. Most importantly, he answered the phone at 4pm on a Friday, and showed up at my door in 10 minutes!my door in 10 minutes!

Mike was great everything you would expect from a professional. He was on time did a perfect job on our tile floors, cleaned up all of his equipment and got the job done in good time.

To begin, Mike approached our little dogs first as they were barking like crazy at him, and we saw what to us was a miracle, our little Rico, who doesn't ever warm up to strangers, eventually after a few minutes got into mikes lap and he was able to calm down the dogs so that we could speak without constant barking. He is great with animals. Our carpet was in such a state we were going to rip it out.He restored our carpet to look and smell as if new. We highly recommend Mike and he is now are forever carpet cleaner
