Aileen R was very knowledgeable & compassionate, she explained as she examined me what each--we called them age spots when I was a kid--thing on my skin was about, even the ones I hadn't noticed, & assured me that they were all benign. She was very good about listening to my concerns about a couple of spots I'd been worried were melanoma but had since gone away, & explained that they were a type of bruise that appears when you reach 70. She could rattle off the Latin names for what I had but also explained them in easy-to-understand layperson English worhout me having to ask. I've had to visit Specialist in Dermatology several times. They've always been friendly, knowledgeable, quick, easy to into and truly great. I'd recommend them to anyone.
Aileen, my provider here was amazing. She was attentive to my questions and concerns, took them seriously and ordered a thorough amount of tests to hopefully get to the bottom of things. All the staff I interacted with were polite and professional. So refreshing to find providers who actually care, thank you!
