I completed six weeks of physical therapy with John & Nadine. To my surprise I had lost a lot of muscle in my right leg from thigh to hip from a long term compression of my L4&5,S1. I have been a very physically active 70yo male without much pain but I was unknowingly compensating with my left leg. John eval my condition by looking at xrays & mri images and as well as asking for my input and concerns. John started me on lower back traction for 20 mins and daily stretches. This is my second time going to Progressive PT,the reason why I choose this place is because of the professional, but kind and warm way they are showing to clients. From the owner,she is super awesome, to the phisical therapist,I adore them all,to the people at the front desk. It feels good to come here!! I recommend this place to everyone, upu won't regret it!!
Nadine provides an outstanding experience. Her deep pressure fascia treatments are both effective and deeply relaxing. She and Mia are professional, knowledgeable and truly attentive. Great place for recovery!
