Progressive Physical Therapy

I had shoulder surgery Feb '23, rotator cuff. Three of the four muscle tendons were damaged, one torn completely. On recommendation I called PPT and requested to work with John Q. He examined my pre and post MRI'S and said it was 50/50 that he could "fix" me. Over a couple months working with John I was able to gain range of motion through specific stretching and resistance training. It is month seven since surgery and I am back swimming. Continuing the exercises and will for the foreseeable future. Thanks PPT, thanks John!

Hello! I am just about ready to complete my physical therapy with Progressive, and I just cannot express how pleased I am with how much better I feel! I am so grateful! The environment is very pleasant, I was always greeted by friendly professional employees , and my physical therapist is absolutely the best. Words really cannot express how pleased I am! Progressive Physical Therapy is the best! I needed help in regaining the full use of my body and Michelle has helped me to do that! She not only has the professional training and skills to lead me in doing what I needed to do, she also has fabulous skills in knowing when to challenge, when to support, when to be playful and laugh, and when to work on acceptance. I am doing well! I will return to Michelle should I again have the need, and I highly recommend Progressive PT to friends seeking effective physical therapy treatment.
