“I had shoulder surgery Feb '23, rotator cuff. Three of the four muscle tendons were damaged, one torn completely. On recommendation I called PPT and requested to work with John Q. He examined my pre and post MRI'S and said it was 50/50 that he could "fix" me. Over a couple months working with John I was able to gain range of motion through specific stretching and resistance training. It is month seven since surgery and I am back swimming. Continuing the exercises and will for the foreseeable future. Thanks PPT, thanks John!“
