“This is the best place to go for physical therapy. The entire staff is friendly & the facility is so tidy and clean. The front desk ladies are so nice, Scott & the entire therapy team are just wonderful. I saw an Ortho specialist for my frozen shoulder & was told to do nothing, it would heal on its own in 1.5 to 2 years and was told injections were a temporary help. I was even told PT sometimes wasn't recommended due to making things worse. It was discouraging. I started treatment about 6 weeks ago and I had almost given up that it would get better but Scott reassured me with 100% confidence that he could get me back to no pain, full range of motion & my strength back in my arm. The hardest part was the non stop pain, self care, driving & inability to sleep. I felt like I had a disability. Day 1 of PT, I measured around 65 degrees with range of motion and at the end of week 6 I'm around 135, close to 140 degrees. The goal is 180 & I have no doubts that I will reach that. I am so glad I came here because I see and feel improvement every week. Now I have almost no pain, I am able to sleep and use my arm more. That is huge improvement and I could not be happier. I have a little longer until I will be 100% healed but I look forward to coming to this clinic over the months to come. The staff is fun to be around with a good sense of humor, but they are serious when it comes to healing their patients. I want to let everyone know (apologies if I left someone out) they are appreciated starting with Scott,Aaron,Paola,Jenny,Gillian,Gerry,Nadia,Andre & everyone at the front office. And thanks to everybody for letting me have my emotional support towel & steal 5 pillows while I'm there LoL.“
