Optum Primary Care - Greenvalley

When I moved to Green Valley, I was concerned about finding a new caregiver (I had been with the same doctor in Tucson for many years). I found this office to be professional and easy to work with, and Nurse Practitioner Denise Encinas was both thorough and delightful. She listened well, understood my concerns, and responded to all my questions. I left after my appointment feeling happy and confident because I know I am in good hands.

I used the app to request a refill on my prescription and received a message that it's denied but no reason as to why. I've been on the prescription due to my T2D. I messaged back asking for the reason, and I called to follow up. It was about 4:10pm but got routed to the answering service, yet the office hours are until 5pm. Not the type of Doctor's office I'm having confidence in.
