I was amazed at the level of care my partner received today at FasTrac. My partner had a horrid middle ear infection and his primary doctor couldn't see him. Dr. Wegener was caring and spent time explaining how soon he would feel relief from the excrutiating pain. We arrived after 2:00pm on a Friday and her staff was so patient with us, as we had to call our insurance company. I would give a thousand stars for the service from both the doctor and her staff. I'm so happy that we have a place in Green Valley to get excellent care in an emergency situation!

I was here from out of town and got sick. From the time I walked in the staff was incredibly helpful and made me feel comfortable. The Nurse practitioner was the best.Showed compassion and listened .Definitely the best "!

Compared to other Urgent Care facilities I have visited, this rises above them all. From the kind and caring front desk person to the competent, caring, patient MD. who treated me, I have breathed a sigh of relief to know Fast Trac is nearby and ready for me if I need them again. ALSO: the only thing FAST about this place is the service, for they never hurry you or rush as they tend to you. THANK YOU, FasTrac!
