They are friendly knowledgeable and professional. They work with you to help find a solution. I had UTI symptoms but did not test positive. But i felt terrible so the np sent a specimen for a more comprehensive culture test. As it turned out i had two bacteria of a different nature than normally cause UTIs and that is what i call above and beyond and going the xtra mile!!!! Thank you FasTrac!!!!
