Our experience with Oasis was great from start to finish. When we called the office we spoke to a very friendly and helpful woman. Then the sales rep Brandy came out and presented us with everything we needed to make an informed decision about which unit we would need. She was very pleasant and very knowledgeable. Our installers Will & Dominic came out to install our new air conditioner and heater and were great. They were very polite and professional and got the job done with no mess or problems. Outstanding service! Have been using Oasis Air Conditioning & Heating for 15 years with no problems. They are not only available by phone on weekends, but will do emergency repairs then, which I needed recently. Being on a maintenance contract with them is the best investment a homeowner can make. When a failed electrical part stopped the A/C from working, they even offered to bring over a portable unit! I'd recommend Oasis highly to anyone wanting dependable, courteous, reasonably priced service.
