I have had the maintenance contract for several years now. Technicians are always friendly. They spend time checking everything and send me a written report of the specifications of my system when they are done. So far even though my system is old, everything checks out. It is a load off my mind to know that if anything did r need repairing that they would be there within a day.
Brain came out this morning to complete the work suggested by our other text last Thursday, but determined the there was a wiring issue within the heat pump unit and fixed it. Thank you so much. Good job.
