I recently switched from another company to Oasis for my yearly heating/cooling annual contract. Hailey was my service technician. She was extremely thorough in her checks, communicated with me on everything she saw and taught me more about how my system works (I am new to the roof style gaspack) and showed me how to adjust in house vents for good air flow. She spent time at my house like no one has before. I so appreciated her and her knowledge and good communication. Very glad I am now with Oasis for my annual contract.
