We needed a casita rekeyed on short notice. We called J&S on Friday afternoon, and Jim was nice enough to come to our home that Sunday morning in order to do our rush request on time. He showed up almost exactly at our appointment time, and not only rekeyed both door locks, but somehow he fixed what used to be a slight misalignment that caused us to have to push very hard in order to close the door. Now both the door and the locks open and close perfectly. We also thought that it was a great price, especially considering our rush request and the Sunday appointment. Jim came out to our house in under one hour to fix our front door. Excellent customer service and very professional. Saved us from buying a new front door for three thousand dollars. Would definitely recommend.

Mr. Morse did a quick and great job troubleshooting and eventually replacing a door handle set on our garage door that opened into our house. Very responsive and arrived on time even though it was short notice!! Thank you
