I came in having not had my hair cut in over four years. I was very nervous and not very confident in what I wanted. The staff were all incredibly nice and welcoming when we walked in, they were upfront and honest about the wait time (which didn't even end up being that long), and the overall experience was amazing! I left feeling confident and grateful for the patience and skill of my stylist.
