After using Desert Villa Dental for over five years, my wife and I were notified that they wouldn't accept our Delta Dental insurance anymore. This was a year and a half ago. Two days ago, November 3, 2024, we received a bill for $63.00 from their Phoenix billing office for dental work my wife received in April of 2023, one year and seven months ago. The bill was in two parts. One was the April 2023 dental work, and the other was a no-show charge from back in 2022. This bill intimated that if we did not pay within 10 days, the bill would be sent to collections. We had received no bill about this until two days ago. Been going here for several years! I have never gone to any other dentist except Dr. Chao! He is so knowledgeable with his work, if you're lucky he may throw in some quirky jokes! My teeth have been through it all, I only trust him and his staff to do any cleanings, wisdom teeth removals, x-rays, and much more. I enjoy the reminder texts and emails for my next cleaning. Life can get busy, but it's important to keep these pearly whites in check!

I applied to their receptionist job on a whim and ended up accepting a higher level job as an addiction coach at a different facility. When they (who I'm assuming is a manager or some kind of hr person) called asking if I was still interested I informed them that I accepted a different job but would still like to know my options and hear about the job in question (I applied to 2 jobs) the woman on the phone was disgustingly rude and said "I call you ask you questions not the other way around. What do you want to ask" when I asked about what the job would require/ it's duties she told me to, in lack of better terms, to use common sense and look at the... read full review
