Dr. Chao and the entire staff are awesome! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the front desk staff, and the entire experience was smooth, professional, and even enjoyable—which is saying a lot for a dental visit!
He is incredibly skilled, patient and thorough in explaining everything. I felt truly cared for and never rushed. The hygienist and assistants were equally kind and attentive, making sure I was comfortable.
