Just went to them today after my dentist wasn’t able to see me about one of my bottom veneers popping off. I walked in there as a new patient and with notice or appointment. They got me in within a half an hour and the staff and the doctor were all super nice and friendly. They got me in and out in less than 20 minutes. They understood my situation and never pressured me for any other care and just reminded me they were here if I needed them for anything else in the future. I will be going back there again if my situation changes and I need a new dentist.

This is the best dental experience that I've had in years. Dr. O and staff are just great--professional, compassionate, sensitive to the patients needs and concerns.
I (still) have a fear of dentists due to a bad experience over 20 years ago. I visited Del Norte with an abscessed tooth, was treated expediently with sedation. I was very comfortable, and felt well-cared for. The first crown didn't fit well, so Dr. O had it remade. The new crown looks and feels great.
Bottom line: I felt that my concerns were heard, which to me is the most important aspect of comfortable dental treatment.
