This company is ridiculously terrible and the people who work here are clearly mindless. I scheduled an appointment weeks ago for my son to be seen. The patiet portal doesnt work. The phone numbers they call you on and the numbers they tell you to call do not work when you call them back. The number on their website, leads to SUMMIT HEALTH.
THEY CANCELED MY APPOINTMENT (WITHOUT ME KNOWING) 2 DAYS BEFORE BECAUSE THEY DONT SEE KIDS UNDER 18, YET IM STILL GETTING TEXTS TELLING ME MY APPOINMENT IS COMING UP . WHY WOULD YOU NOT TELL ME THAT WHAEN I SCHEDULED WITH YOU IDIOTS IN THE FIRST PLACE.

The doctor is great, but I have received some hostility from staff over trying to keep the doctor informed about the progress of referrals she has made, plus some other smaller issues.

I can not express how much I love this office and most importantly my doctor!! I have NEVER felt more supported, seen, and advocated for. Dr. Aneesha Sullivan is without question one of the most amazing doctors I’ve ever come across. It is so difficult to find someone who doesn’t profile you based off of bias and assume the worst these days. She isn’t remotely close to that, instead she asks questions, is proactive in her approach and has such a warm calming spirit. She has helped me through my worst and encouraged me through the best. My toddler even loves her and says she wants to be JUST like mommy’s doctor 🥹. Please if you are looking for a sign on who to trust, LET THIS BE THE ONE. There is ZERO judgement, ZERO attitude, and I NEVER feel rushed. Thank you SO much to the rest of the staff as well. The nurses are so amazing at their jobs that when you have to get a shot for instance you don’t feel a THING! I’m scary when it comes to shots and they are just as calming and supportive as Dr. Sullivan. 10’s across the boards!!

I was so impressed with how clean and new everything looked. It was a very inviting setting. The front desk persons were very friendly and helpful. I did not have to wait but a very few minutes before being taken back to a room.
