My sister Janet Mingo passed away on January 27, 2026. Her final wishes were not to have a viewing and Catholic funeral mass, just cremation.
Although her final wishes were not honored by her children, I commend Thompson's Funeral Home & Chapel for their compassion during this time.
Living in other states as our family does, it was logistically not possible for all of us to attend her funeral service.
However, after viewing the video of her funeral service, I sensed the care and compassion by the funeral director.
