Tried the Aerial fitness with Sidney! Quite to my surprise, it was a treat to my Ashtanga practice, since Ashtanga somehow lacks the pull up type of work-out, I find the challenge of the silk hammocks rewarding and complementary to my practice. Sidney guiding us through the class makes all the difference. Namaste ??
This studio is such a little gem! I've been to a couple of the wall yoga classes now and have enjoyed all of them. I'm looking forward to trying some of the other styles of classes that they offer
