First timer. Very nice ladies but the job was very rushed. My nails were not cut properly. The removal of the prior (polish) was never removed. I can tell they just wanted to get in and out. I was still charged $50.00 and I could have done this at home!! I will never go again! Usually my mother and/or aunt/grandma likes to go and get gift cards from there but I will no longer be gifting them with The Nail Room Giftcard like in previous years. Nice ladies just rush job.

Sadly my experience here was not good. My pedicure was done in a lazy fashion, paid for the upgrade and they didn't do a good job with callus removal. The pedicure was done in 15 minutes. I also got a manicure, this was a gift for mothers day and someone spent their hard earned money on me, and took me here. I didn't know I had to ask to get my cuticles cleaned up when getting a manicure, but it wasn't done. The paint job was a dip and it didn't last more than a week before it chipped so bad on multiple nails ?

Had an appointment for 3 and was able to get in early at 230. Very friendly staff. Got the deluxe pedicure and it was very nice and relaxing! I loved the amount of nail polish colors they had to choose from too. Will definitely come again!!Service: Pedicure
